Spiral Wipe
A transition where a thick line spirals out from the center to fill the screen.
A thick line spirals outward from Center, filling the screen as it goes. Four modes: erase the layer (Hide Layer), show the layer only inside the line (Reveal Layer), draw a solid or gradient line over the layer (Color Over Layer), or draw only the line (Color Only). The spiral can be a circle, square, hexagon, triangle, or heart, with adjustable aspect ratio and wobble, and the gradient takes any number of colors and can be keyframed.
Parameters
The same order as the Effect Controls panel. Hover (or tap) an item for its description. The sliders move too (the picture doesn’t).

Tips
- Hide Layer with Completion going from 0 to 100% is a transition out; Reveal Layer makes it a transition in.
- Color Only with Completion at 100% and the expression `time*50` on Color Offset gives a spiral background with endlessly flowing color.
