Scribble Stroke
A boiling outline, traced with a hand-drawn pen.
BEFOREAFTER
Draws a wobbly, hand-drawn pen line along the layer's outline. Your text or shapes stay as they are; only the line is added. The line is redrawn as many times per second as Boil Rate sets, so it "boils" like hand-drawn animation. You can also set a sketchy look as if traced several times (Passes), variation in line width, roughness, and gaps in the pen.
Parameters
The same order as the Effect Controls panel. Hover (or tap) an item for its description. The sliders move too (the picture doesn’t).

Tips
- Turn Show Layer OFF for outline-only text.
- Boil Rate 8, Wobble 3, Passes 2 is the standard hand-drawn-animation look. For a calmer line, use a Boil Rate of 0 to 4.
