Grid
The music-video grid. Marks at the intersections; solid, dashed or dotted lines.
Draws a grid with a line per cell, plus thinner lines inside each cell (Fine Lines). Lines can be solid, dashed or dotted, and you can place marks at the intersections: plus, cross, circle, square, diamond, sparkle, heart, triangle and more. Marks can go on every intersection or be thinned out to every other one, a checkerboard, rows only, columns only or random, and the lines can be cut around the marks. The background can be none, the layer itself or a solid color. To move the grid, keyframe Center.
Parameters
The same order as the Effect Controls panel. Hover (or tap) an item for its description. The sliders move too (the picture doesn’t).

Tips
- Shape = Plus, Pattern = Checker and a little Gap gives you the classic grid with crosshairs.
- Lower Line Opacity and add Fine Lines for an elegant, blueprint-like background.
